At Adecco, our “Employer Resources” section acts as a key starting point for relationship building.
As part of an initiative to promote our internal experts, I began ghostwriting articles for Adecco’s internal SMEs.
Adecco’s “Job Seekers Resources” section provided a mostly-evergreen library for our marketing and associate engagement team to lean on.
Seeing the success of the Adecco Salary Guide, I pitched a new approach to our content strategy. Instead of just posting articles on a weekly schedule to our website, we would package them into a monthly “magazine.”
The Adecco Salary Guide was launched in 2025 and was an immediate success, for both our sales and marketing teams.
Our sales thought leadership team regularly pulls together research decks to send to clients. However, much of their work was incredible valuable, but it often only offered a quick snapshot of data, which made it difficult to turn into a full article.
When Adecco partnered with our sister company EZRA, we needed an at-a-glance webpage to introduce our current and potential customers to this new platform.
